Characters improve their rankings by gaining prestige points. Prestige points are gained when a golem defeats another golem or NPC.

When a golem is defeated, it's owner receives a prestige points penalty equal to the golem value. The character don't actually lose time points. The penalty is only applied to it's ranking.

Prestige points are used to buy special items. Those items may be only trophies or parts to be used in crafting.

Guild golems are the only golems that can improve a guild's rank. When a guild golem is defeated, the guild owning it lose prestige points equal to it's value.
